Dried, sterilized, and siliconized bottles are fed onto the infeed SS conveyor belt via the Turn Table at the required speed. The machine features two filling heads; as each bottle arrives under the first filling head, it is secured by a pneumatic bottle holder. A bottle sensor detects its presence and signals the magnetic clutch on the auger shaft to rotate, dispensing the pre-set amount of powder into the bottle, with rotation time managed by a timer. After the first bottle is filled, the pneumatic holder releases it to proceed along the conveyor, while an empty second bottle moves into position under the second filling head. Here, the same filling process is applied to the second bottle, while the first bottle moves forward for the next operation.
