The Fully Automatic Shrink Packaging Machine includes a web sealer and shrink tunnel, designed to automatically feed products, collate them, seal and cut film, and shrink the film bag. It is widely used across various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, printing, and hardware. This machine can automatically collate bottles (both round and square), cans, gable cartons, and tetra cartons. It can also be integrated with filling machines or labeling machines, enabling an unmanned production line for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
The Automatic Web Sealing Machine is a fully automatic HMI PLC-based system featuring an 8-foot bottle input conveyor designed for group packing of bottles in configurations of 6, 12, 18, or 24, depending on requirements. This advanced web sealing machine operates by conveying bottles via the conveyor, where a pneumatic stopper halts the bottles according to the selected group matrix. The process includes sealing and cutting of LDPE film, followed by pushing the grouped matrix into the shrink tunnel. Once the bottles are fully shrunk, they exit the tunnel, with heat dissipating through an overhung fan at the exit. The group matrix then rolls out onto a roller table for efficient handling.
