Its automatic model features a roller spacing device that simplifies operation, allowing for adjustments without the need for any change parts. Operation
The filled and sealed bottles are conveyed on a conveyor system that features a bottle separator attachment, designed to separate each bottle from the continuous flow. A sensor detects the presence of a bottle and sends a command to activate a stepper or servo motor, which releases the label. Once the label is applied, a gap sensor signals the motor to stop during the labeling process. Additionally, a brush mechanism ensures that the label is pressed firmly against the bottle, removing any air trapped between the label and the surface. After completing this cycle, the labeling operation is finished, and the conveyor continues to move the bottle forward for the next operation.
