Front & Back Labeler (Flat Bottle)
Overview
The Automatic Vertical Sticker Labeling Machine is highly user-friendly, designed for full or partial labeling on various sizes of flat or rectangular containers. This model features a roller spacing device, allowing for easy operation without the need for any change parts, making it an efficient and versatile solution.
Operation
The filled and sealed bottle is transported via the conveyor, where a bottle separator attachment is provided to isolate each bottle from the continuous flow. A sensor detects the bottle and sends a command to the stepper or servo motor to release a label. Once the label is applied, a gap sensor signals the motor to stop. A brush is then used to press the label and eliminate any air bubbles between the label and the bottle. After this process, one labeling cycle is complete, and the conveyor moves the bottle forward for the next operation.
