Overview
The Automatic Vertical Sticker Labeling Machine is highly user-friendly, designed for precise full or partial labeling on various sizes of flat or rectangular containers. This automated model features a roller spacing device, allowing easy operation without the need for changing parts.
Operation
The filled and sealed bottle is transported along the conveyor, which includes a bottle separator attachment to halt continuous bottle movement. A sensor detects each bottle, signaling the stepper or servo motor to release labels on both sides of the bottle. Once both labels are applied, a gap sensor instructs the motor to stop, ensuring precise label placement. A brush is used to press the labels and eliminate air between the label and the bottle. After this cycle completes, the labeling process is finished, and the conveyor moves the bottle to the next stage.
