The Automatic BOPP Labeling Machine is a hot melt labeling system available in various models, suitable for labeling bottles, jars, vials, tins, and other round packaging. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, this machine offers reliable, automatic operation across diverse bottle sizes and production speeds.
It features a microprocessor-controlled label dispensing system and an advanced label and product sensing mechanism, ensuring precision in every labeling cycle. The label roll is mounted on a rotary drum, routed through a feed roller to the rotary label cutter assembly. The label length is managed by a Trio controller and a color photo-cell sensor, which detects the “I” mark on the label. Once the label length is measured, the cutter assembly trims it, and the label is transferred to a vacuum drum using air pressure, where it is securely held.
During rotation, hot melt glue is applied to the label’s leading and trailing edges by the glue drum, powered by a pump. Bottles are fed into the machine by the in-feed star and positioned against the rotating vacuum drum. As each bottle rotates, the label adheres to it with the help of a roll-on press pad. The labeled bottles are then conveyed to the machine’s exit. All movements are precisely controlled by an electro-pneumatic system, ensuring smooth and accurate labeling.
