Overview
The Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is a versatile unit, self-supported on stainless steel legs with a height-adjustable system. Precision-engineered on a stainless steel frame, the machine is fully enclosed in stainless steel sheets, ensuring durability and hygiene. Service doors are included to facilitate easy maintenance, promoting efficient operation and reliability in cap sealing performance.
Overview
The feed containers move along the conveyor belt and are directed into a star wheel, which positions them below the sealing head during the indexing phase. Meanwhile, each bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl. Once aligned, the body and neck of the container are positioned beneath the rotating head, where the sealing head performs precise threading and sealing operations, ensuring a secure and consistent seal for each container.
