Overview
The Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine operates on a volumetric principle with diving nozzles. Designed to be compact and versatile, the unit is enclosed in a stainless steel body with an elegant matt finish. Key components include an S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices, and an SS Syringe. A standard feature is the “No Container, No Filling” system, ensuring precision and efficiency. The machine’s main drive and conveyor are powered by an A/C Motor with a synchronized, variable A/C Frequency Drive.

Operation
Containers are conveyed along the SS Slat conveyor and positioned beneath the filling nozzles using an adjustable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. This system, combined with reciprocating nozzles, ensures precise container alignment under the nozzles to prevent liquid spillage. To minimize foaming, the adjustable nozzle moves upward gradually from the bottom of the bottle to the neck during the filling process. The dosing block, equipped with a hexagonal bolt beneath the syringes, allows easy adjustment of fill size for flexible and precise filling.
