Automatic Gear Pump Filling Machine
The Automatic Auger-Type Powder Filling Machine is precisely constructed on a stainless steel (SS) frame, fully enclosed with stainless steel panels. Doors are integrated into the design to facilitate easy servicing and maintenance. The unit is compact and versatile, with an elegant matt-finish stainless steel body for durability and a clean, professional appearance.
Operation
Dried, sterilized, and siliconized bottles are fed via the infeed Turn Table onto the infeed SS conveyor belt at the desired speed. As each bottle reaches the filling head, it is secured by a pneumatic bottle holder. A bottle sensor detects the bottle’s presence, triggering the magnetic clutch mounted on the auger shaft to start rotation. This rotation dispenses the pre-set amount of powder into the bottle through the auger, with the fill time controlled by a Timer. After the first bottle is filled, the pneumatic bottle holder releases it, allowing it to proceed along the conveyor for the next operation.
