Overview

Sticker Lebelling Machine

The ampoule sticker labeling equipment is equipped with a user-friendly touch-screen HMI and operates on a PLC-based system, making it suitable for overlap labeling as well as complete and partial wrap-around applications. With an impressive output of 150 ampoules per minute, its compact horizontal design offers a space-saving solution for various production environments.
This advanced ampoule labeling machine is capable of efficiently labeling small tubes or eye drop bottles. An enhanced version may include features such as speed control for optimized operation. The labeling process begins with ampoules being loaded onto a hopper, from where they are transferred via a wire mesh conveyor to a feed worm. The feed worm rotates the ampoules and delivers them to the star wheel, which then directs them to the labeling station. Here, each ampoule receives its label before proceeding to the pressing unit. Finally, the labeled ampoules are collected onto an out-feed collection tray. Additionally, this ampoule sticker labeling machine is a GMP-compliant model, ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices.
