The filled and sealed bottles are conveyed on a conveyor system equipped with a bottle separator attachment, designed to separate bottles from the continuous movement. A sensor detects the presence of each bottle, triggering a command to operate a stepper or servo motor to release the label. Once a label is applied, a gap sensor signals the motor to stop during the labeling process. Additionally, a brush mechanism is included to press the label firmly and remove any air trapped between the label and the bottle. After completing this cycle, the labeling operation is finished, and the conveyor moves the bottle forward for the next operation.
