Operation
The filled and sealed bottles are conveyed along a conveyor system that includes a bottle separator attachment, which effectively separates each bottle from the continuous flow. A sensor detects the presence of a bottle and sends a command to activate a stepper or servo motor to release the label. Once a label is applied, a gap sensor signals the motor to stop, ensuring precise labeling. Additionally, a brush mechanism presses the label firmly against the bottle to eliminate any trapped air between the label and the surface. After this labeling cycle is completed, the operation is finished, and the conveyor moves the bottle forward for the next stage.
