Shrink Sleeve Machine for Bottles
The Semi-Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine features a web sealer and shrink tunnel, making it suitable for a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, printing, and hardware. This machine is capable of collating various containers, such as round or square bottles, cans, gable cartons, and tetra cartons.
Designed for group packing, the semi-automatic web sealing machine can accommodate bottle groups of 6, 12, 18, or 24, depending on the requirements. This machine operates manually or pneumatically; users need to align the bottles before initiating the sealing and cutting process. Once sealed, the bottles are wrapped, and the grouped matrix enters the shrink tunnel. Finally, the shrunk-wrapped bottle group exits onto a roller table for efficient handling.
